Because of the time this virus situation has given us, you may find that your emotions are up and down.
One day you're feeling great...
And the next day it feels like something is missing.
You can't quite put your finger on it, but you feel disconnected.
Maybe the time that you now have, the time that was usually filled with the day to day rushing around, maybe that time has allowed you to release everything that you aren't.
Maybe that time is allowing you to connect with yourself.
A deep connection that's usually hidden under the smog of daily life.
But as old patterns and habits are being released, you may feel emotional, and you may feel uncomfortable.
The security of the daily routine has gone. We can plan for the future, but can't say when we can put those plans into action, and this can leave us a little deflated.
But during this time remember,
You're connecting with the real you, years of conditioning and coping mechanisms are being released.
So if you need to rest, then rest.
If you need to cry, then cry.
It shows strength. Get that shit out!
And if you need to scream, then scream. (Just not too loud, you don't want the Police knocking on your door!)
And then, when you're ready, begin to explore.
Explore your true self.
Who are you?
What do you want in life?
What brings you happiness?
What excites you?
What makes you feel alive?
Then go and do those things.
If you need to learn new skills, then learn them.
If you need help to answer those questions and move forward, then seek it.
You are a work in progress, develop yourself, create new things, and grow.
Grow into the best version of yourself that you can be.
Live from the heart, do what feels right, do what feels true.
Go find yourself.
Stay safe. Stay strong. Find your vibe! ⚛💓
