I was living in that place once, until I encouraged myself to "grow" out of it.
I learnt a lot, and practised a lot, and experienced a lot. One day it clicked, and I found myself, and knew exactly what my purpose was.
And now I get to help you with your journey, teaching where needed, holding you up during times of struggle, and encouraging you to become the best you can possibly be!
THE JOURNEY
My signature package. A 1-to-1 6-week journey deep into your soul. Discover who you are, why you're here, break out of the routine, and become entirely YOU!
We will explore consciousness, reality, meditation, energy, and remove those blocks that are holding you back from becoming the very best that you can be!
THE DARKNESS
If you're in a dark place and need a helping hand, this 1-to-1 3-week program will help you to work through the darkness, the heartache, the anger, and the hurt. We will go really deep into the issues that are keeping you in the "dark", connecting with yourself and your feelings, and giving you a helping hand as you climb out of the darkness and into your own light.
PURELY HEALING
A 1-to-1, 3-session, energy healing package. Using Reiki we will work on removing blocks and balancing your energy, leaving you feeling calm and recharged. Great for reducing stress, anxiety, & anger, and making you feel "alive" again.
PURELY MEDITATION
A 1-to-1, 3-session, meditation package. Whatever it is you seek, (calm, reduced stress, connection with your soul), this meditation package will get you on track as you explore your consciousness and beyond.
CUSTOM 1-TO-1 SESSIONS
