Cancellation and Refunds of Courses, Workshops, & Retreats:
If you need to cancel a course, workshop, or retreat for any reason, as long as the cancellation is more than 28 days before the start date of the course/workshop, a full refund less a 10% admin fee will be provided.

No other refunds or transfers are provided, unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee).

No refunds will be offered for cancellations made the day before or on the day of any course, workshop, or retreat.

In the instance that a course or workshop is cancelled by The Conscious Englishman, you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative course, workshop, or retreat.

Once a course, workshop, or retreat has commenced, refunds cannot be offered.

Cancellation of 1-to-1 Sessions:

If you need to cancel a 1-to-1 session, 24 hours notice must be given for a full refund.
